Behind the scenes
Co-owner Rishi Singh has over 18 years of experience as an event professional in the wedding industry. A first-generation entrepreneur, Rishi earned his domain knowledge by conceptualizing small wedding events, to begin with. His vast experience as a wedding event professional is indeed genuine — when Rishi began his professional journey, the wedding industry was only starting to take shape. He has been there from the start and grew with the industry, simultaneously on the field and behind the scene, eventually showcasing his forte with Splash Events.
Till date, Rishi has successfully completed more than 2,000 projects, both small and big. With his vast experience in planning lavish weddings, he brings strategic planning, creative thought process and excellent communication skill to the table. Rishi is in charge of operations and client servicing of Splash Events. A go-getter, he also loves to be on the field. If you can’t find him at an event he is leading, you could spot him on the stage with a mic in his hand as an emcee of a show. When he is not at work, Rishi loves to sing and practice hatha yoga.
Shalini Bhambhani , B-School graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur, leads the talent management of the company . Her job is to ensure that the entire team at Splash Events is perfect fit to their respective jobs . Having managed events for an IT major in her previous assignment, she applies a process oriented approach to the work.
With her experience of more than a decade in various big organizational setups she makes sure that Splash Events talent resources are thorough professionals.
